Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the European Union. Shipping costs are included in the product price — no surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Customs and Import Duties
All our products are CE certified and shipped from our European warehouse partner. EU customers are not subject to additional import duties.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@glowlify.net and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
